First of all, even though the price may seem steep, you should watch YouTube videos to learn how much effort goes into the rebinding process. These guys are excellent at creating something elegant yet unique and customized to the customer's preference. I love love love my new Bible and journal matching set!!

What makes us unique?

The most unique aspect of our rebinding approach is our premium “paste down” liners. When people hear “paste down,” they may often associate it with “flimsy” or low-quality construction, as most factory-produced paste down Bibles use more economical paper or vinyl liners. However, we craft premium Bibles using high quality leather paste down liners. Our Bibles feature an edgelined construction, where we skive our edge tab very thin so you don’t feel the thick leather under the endsheet. Our liners are tabbed to the edge of the book block and secured at multiple points, making it very difficult for the liner to come unattached. By taking a different approach aesthetically, we’ve mastered the technique of using premium paste down leather liners without compromising the quality of construction. We strive to turn your new or well-used Bible into a premium, long-lasting heirloom to be passed down for generations.

Our Process

Assessment & Cover Removal

We assess any restoration needed, including the Bible's structural integrity, page damage, and text block alignment. We remove the old cover and ribbons.

Spine Work

We gently remove old glue and spine material and sand any residue to prepare the spine for a new reinforcement. We reinforce each Bible spine with new glue and add "mull" material for spine flexibility, new ribbons, new head & tail bands, spine supports, and extra spine material to ensure strength, but a flexible spine.

Liner & Cover Work

We cut endsheets, inner liners, and leather covers to size and add a supportive material in between the inner liner and cover for added strength and floppiness. We fold and glue each cover edge and pleat the corners by hand. In this phase, we add any additional customized features such as raised double-tooled hubs, stamping, personalization, etc., and finish the cover with a clean tooled or stitched perimeter.

The Finishing Phase

Once the cover is completed, we glue the text block in place and set it in a bookpress to dry.

Payments, Shipping, and Returns

PAYMENTS We accept all major debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for your convenience. Full payment is required to secure your order. SHIPPING Ship your Bible to the address provided in your order confirmation email. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping to us. You can ship anytime from the order date until two weeks before your bench date; we’ll notify you when you’re two weeks out. If you are mailing your Bible directly from a publisher, please include your name and order number so we can pair it with your order. Return shipping within the U.S. is free via USPS and includes tracking and insurance. International customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways. Once your Bible is on its way back, we’ll send you tracking details. RETURNS Due to the personalized nature of our services, all sales are final. Review our Return Policy for more details. What is our turnaround time?

Our current turnaround time is 4 - 6 months. We contact each customer letting them know when their order is close to the bench and confirm design specs before each project begins.

What happens after I submit an order?

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email detailing your design specs, a copy of your clear and detailed invoice outlining your total paid costs, and instructions on where to ship your Bible. This serves as an agreement, ensuring mutual accountability for the work to be completed. Your project is then added to a detailed project timeline, and we will notify you once your order is closer to the bench.

When should I ship my Bible?

You can ship anytime from the order date until two weeks before your bench date; we’ll notify you when you’re two weeks out. This flexibility ensures we receive your Bible at the optimal time for scheduling and completion. If you are mailing your Bible directly from a publisher, please include your name and order number so we can pair it with your order.

How long does the rebinding process take?

Each project is unique, but once your Bible hits the bench, it's about a one week turnaround. For restoration projects, the typical timeline ranges from one to two weeks. We prioritize clear communication letting you know when your Bible is close to the bench, and settle any design specs prior to the start of any project.

How will I know when my rebind is done?

Once your order is completed, you will receive an email notifying you that your Bible has been shipped and a tracking number is provided for your convenience.
