Due to the personalized nature of our services, all sales are final, and we do not accept any returns. In the rare case that we cannot complete your project due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, you are entitled to a full refund. This policy protects you from paying for services that are not delivered.

We generally do not offer refunds, however, we understand that situations may arise, and in rare instances, refunds may be granted at our discretion on a case-by-case basis. If you believe your order qualifies for special consideration, please reach out to us within 7 days of submitting your order, and we will review your request.

Each Bible is carefully restored and rebound according to the customer’s requests, ensuring a one-of-a-kind final product. Because of the detailed work and customization involved, we do not accept any returns.
