Customers are responsible for shipping their Bible to Floresh Bibles for rebinding at the address listed on your confirmation email. Once your Bible has been received it will be placed in the queue for production to be shipped within the current processing window on the website.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. Due to variations in hides as well as technological differences we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any item will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time. At Floresh Bibles, we specialize in restoring and rebinding certain Bible translations due to our extensive experience and ability to maintain the highest quality standards with specific texts. We reserve the right to refuse services for any content that denies the deity of God.
We only accept Bibles within these specified translations due to the unique processes and materials we use. This is to ensure that we provide the best possible service for translations we are most familiar with. 7. RETURNS & REFUNDS
At Floresh Bibles, each order is handcrafted and customized to meet the unique specifications of our customers. Due to the personalized nature of our services, all sales are final, and we do not accept any returns. In the rare case that we cannot complete your project due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, you are entitled to a full refund. This policy protects you from paying for services that are not delivered.
We generally do not offer refunds, however, we understand that situations may arise, and in rare instances, refunds may be granted at our discretion on a case-by-case basis. If you believe your order qualifies for special consideration, please reach out to us within 7 days of submitting your order, and we will review your request.
Customization Process
Each Bible is carefully restored and rebound according to the customer’s requests, ensuring a one-of-a-kind final product. Because of the detailed work and customization involved, we do not accept any returns.
